Die beiden verdienen einander.<\/p>\n<p>Aus dem <a href=\"http:\/\/www.reocities.com\/Athens\/8744\/readgb.htm\">Gr\u00fcnen Buch die Passage<\/a> zur Frage, wie man gewaltlos gesellschaftlichen Wandel organisieren kann (w\u00e4hrend Gaddafis Schergen immer noch scharf schie\u00dfen):<\/p>\n<pre>HOW DOES SOCIETY\r\n           READJUST ITS\r\n       DIRECTION IN CASE OF\r\n      DEVIATION FROM ITS LAW?\r\n                  \r\n\r\n  If an instrument of governing is\r\ndictatorial, as in political systems in\r\nthe world today, the society's vigilance\r\ntowards deviation from law will have\r\nonly one way to gain readjustment.\r\nThat is violence, which means revolu-\r\ntion against the instrument of gov-\r\nerning. This violence or revolution,\r\neven if it is an expression of the feeling\r\nof the society against deviation, is not\r\ncarried out by the whole society. It is\r\nundertaken only by those who have the\r\ninitiative and boldness to proclaim the\r\nwill of the society. However, this\r\napproach is the way to dictatorship, for\r\nthis revolutionary initiative increases\r\nthe opportunity for an instrument of\r\ngoverning, representative of the peo-\r\nple, to arise. This means that the\r\ninstrument of governing is still dictato-\r\nrial. Moreover, violence and change by\r\nforce are themselves undemocratic,\r\n\r\n                  [39]\r\n\r\n\r\nalthough they take place as a result of\r\nthe existence of a previous undemocra-\r\ntic situation. The society that is still\r\nentangled around this resultant is a\r\nbackward society. What, then, is the\r\nsolution?\r\n  The solution is for the people to be\r\nthe instrument of governing from\r\nbasic popular congresses to the Gener-\r\nal People's Congress. The government\r\nadministration is abolished and re-\r\nplaced by people's committees. The\r\nGeneral People's Congress should be a\r\nnational congress where basic popular\r\ncongresses, people's administrative\r\ncommittees, unions, syndicates and all\r\nprofessional associations come\r\ntogether. If a deviation from the socie-\r\nty's law takes place under this system,\r\nit should be dealt with through a demo-\r\ncratic revision rather than by force.\r\nThis is not a process of voluntary\r\nchoice of the method of change or of\r\ntreatment, rather it is an inevitable\r\nresult of the nature of such a democra-\r\ntic system.
