Oder eine tolle Vorspeise.<\/p>\n<p><!--more-->pro Person:<br \/>\n1 kleine Dose Nordseekrabben<br \/>\n80 ml Cidre (Herb)<br \/>\n1 EL Butter<br \/>\nMeersalz<br \/>\nPfeffer<br \/>\nSchnittlauch zum Garnieren<br \/>\n1 Butterbrot<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-1391\" src=\"https:\/\/blog.zeit.de\/rezeptor\/files\/2009\/11\/041109.gif\" alt=\"041109\" width=\"158\" height=\"113\" \/>Einen EL Butter und zwei Prisen Meersalz in einer Pfanne auf fast gro\u00dfer Hitze zum Sch\u00e4umen bringen. Dann die Krabben mit dazu geben und schwenkend etwa 30 Sekunden\u00a0 anbraten. Jetzt 80 ml Cidre anleeren und das Meeresgetier noch mal 30 Sekunden darin ziehen lassen.<\/p>\n<p>Mit einem Schauml\u00f6ffel die Krabben rausfischen und auf K\u00fcchenpapier abtropfen lassen. Die Cidre-Butter unter st\u00e4ndiger Beobachtung so lange einreduzieren, bis sie zu einem mittelbrauner Sirup geworden ist, dann sofort vom Herd nehmen.<\/p>\n<p>Auf einem Teller die Krabben mit dem Sirup betr\u00e4ufeln und mit etwas Schnittlauch garnieren.
