Der Koch des legend\u00e4ren Restaurants elBulli an der Costa Brava, Ferrand Adri\u00e0,\u00a0hat die in seinem K\u00fcchenlabor entstandenen Ideen und Konzepte \u00fcber zwei Jahrzehnte skizziert. Die Zeichnungen nehmen einen mit auf seine kulinarische Reise und erz\u00e4hlen von Adri\u00e0s einzigartigen Kreationen f\u00fcr die elBulli-K\u00fcche. In seinen Skizzen zeigt sich zum Einen, was gute K\u00fcche eben ist &#8211; ein Genussmittel &#8211; aber eben auch, was sie sein kann: die konsequente Weiterentwicklung eines kreativen Konzepts eines zum K\u00fcnstler avancierten Kochs.<\/p>\n<p><em>Die Ausstellung Ferran Adri\u00e0: Notes on Creativity ist noch bis 28.
